Sponsorship Opportunities
The Red River Valley Estate Planning Council is offering an opportunity for businesses to advertise and become a visible sponsor on our website. The site is visited regularly by local Attorneys, CPAs, Trust Officers, Financial Planners, Insurance professionals, and Non-profit professionals. Our current membership is around 150 members. In addition, national planners and potential clients are guided to our website as they search for North Dakota estate planning professionals from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) website.
The following levels are available:
Platinum Sponsor:$2,000 (limited to 6)
The Platinum Sponsorship provides your Company with the following: Speaker Introduction and Company Overview Benefit. Same benefits as the Gold Sponsor with the addition of the option to introduce one of the six guest speakers in the program year (September 1 to August 31). The Platinum Sponsor will have up to 5 minutes to educate the members about the sponsor’s company and services they offer at that speaker’s seminar. Note: September 24 of each year is the cutoff date to receive Platinum Sponsor applications on a first come first serve basis. Upon receipt the Board will randomly select six Platinum Sponsors and assign them to one program. The non-selected applicants are encouraged to become Gold Sponsors. Each Platinum Sponsor will only have one Speaker, even if other speakers are available. The Board will provide the Platinum Sponsor with the speaker’s biography before the program. Website Exposure: You will have your Company’s logo listed on the Home page of the RRVEPC website identifying your Company as a Platinum sponsor, as well as a link to your Company’s website for 12 months (September through August). Your Company’s logo will appear as a banner on the top of a page as an individual click on each page of the RRVEPC website, as well as on the Sponsor page of the website. Your Company’s website will have a link that will allow individuals to click on it bringing them to your Company’s website from the Sponsor page and the Home page. Annual Social Sponsor Your Company will be recognized as a Platinum Sponsor at the Annual Social of each year along with the other Platinum Sponsors. Signage/recognition at all meetings . The RRVEPC will have a sign at the registration table, as well as a PowerPoint recognizing your Company as a Platinum Sponsor with your Company logo at each meeting. Your Company will be provided with five (5) guest passes ($550 value) for non-members to attend a meeting throughout the program year of your Company’s sponsorship.
Gold Sponsor:
$1,500 provides the opportunity to be identified as a Gold Patron on the RRVEPC website (www.rrvepc.org). You will have your logo listed on the Home page identifying your company as a Gold sponsor, as well as a link to your Company's website for 12 months (October through September). Your Company’s logo will appear as a banner at the top of a page as an individual clicks on each page of the website. Each sponsor’s logo will rotate with all the other Gold sponsors we have and will provide your company with excellent coverage and notice of your support of the RRVEPC. Your logo will also appear on the Sponsor's page of the website and your website will be clickable as the banner on top of pages, on the Sponsor page and on the Home page directing interested individuals to your company. The RRVEPC will have a sign at the registration table, as well as a PowerPoint recognizing your Company as a Gold sponsor with your Company logo at each meeting.Your Company will be provided with 5 guest passes for non-members to attend a meeting throughout the program year of your Company's sponsorship.
Silver Sponsor:
$750 provides the opportunity for your Company's logo on the Sponsor's page of the RRVEPC website (www.rrvepc.org) identifying your Company as a Silver sponsor, as well as a link to your Company's website for 12 months (October through September). The RRVEPC will have a sign at the registration table, as well as a PowerPoint recognizing your Company as a Silver sponsor with your Company logo at each meeting. Your Company will be provided with 2 guest passes for non-members to attend a meeting throughout the program year of your Company's sponsorship.
Bronze Sponsor:
$250 provides the opportunity for your Company's logo on the Sponsor’s page of the RRVEPC website (www.rrvepc.org) identifying your Company as a Bronze sponsor with the logo of your choice for 12 months (October through September).
