Bryan Jamison graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law (St. Paul, MN) in
1985. Bryan (with his wife, Janet, who is also an attorney) opened their private law practice,
Jamison & Jamison, P.A., in 1986. Their practice focuses primarily on:
•tax: drafting individual income tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and estate tax
returns and assisting clients in planning relating to income and estate tax issues;
•estate planning: drafting wills & trusts with an emphasis on estates ranging from
$1,000,000 to $10,000,000;
•probate: helping clients plan to avoid probate and/or counseling clients through the
probate process;
•medical assistance planning: assisting clients in planning for disability and in obtaining
medical assistance benefits to pay for needed care.
Bryan is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars. His presentation topics
typically focus on tax issues involved in the estate planning process.
