DESCRIPTION:\nLunch served in the room from 11:45 to 12:45\n\nVictor Aspengren is a consultant and board of directorâs member to the ESOP community. \nVictor earned a Bachelorâs degree in Sociology from Iowa State University, a Masters of Public Administration degree from Drake University, and multiple Management Certificates from the University of Nebraskaâs Graduate School.  Victor is\na former Dale Carnegie instructor, YMCA Senior Director, Creativity Central trainer and coach for The Great Game of Business.  He lived the ESOP experience as an employee owner, HR Manager and CEO in different ESOP companies involved with manufacturing, construction, health care and financial services.  Victor has been heavily involved in the employee ownership world for over 25 years.\nVictor is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is currently the past chair of the board of directors.  Victor is also a member of the National ESOP Association and has served as a former board of directorâs member, board of governorâs member and member of the Ownership Culture Committee.  He is also a member of the Cooperative Charitable Trust employee ownership forum.  Victor facilitates numerous groups of ESOP CEOâs around the country.  He is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences on employee ownership, open book management, governance issues, and building a high-performance culture. \n
