Marshall W. McCullough
mmccullough@ohnstadlaw.comMarshall W. McCullough is a shareholder in the law firm of Ohnstad Twichell, P.C., West Fargo, North Dakota. He is also a CPA and practices in the areas of corporate law, business succession planning, estate planning, probate, and taxation.
Marshall received his education at the University of North Dakota (B.B.A. in Accounting) and University of Denver College of Law. Prior to joining Ohnstad Twichell, he was a tax manager at Price Waterhouse in San Francisco.
In addition to serving as the current President of the Red River Valley Estate Planning Council, Marshall is Treasurer of the Red River Zoological Society and a member of the Fargo Optimist Club.
