Objectives of the Council


1. To provide a better understanding of the services which accountants, attorneys, development officers, life underwriters, trust officers, financial planners, and others involved in estate planning can render to the general public.

2. To increase the public's awareness of the facilities and services available to aid individuals in the management, planning, and settlement of their estates.

3. To promote cooperation between each of the planning groups and to foster a better understanding of the proper relationship which each group bears to the other, to their clients, and to the general public.

4. To provide its members with a better understanding of estate planning through presentation of lectures and other programs.
